So I was just bringing my friend home, and heading down the main st here in town. I see a black 3 series bmw coming down a side road going 40-45 and see that hes not about to stop. He pulls a good 2-3 ft into the street, into my lane so I beeped at him. He then went into the left lane and sped up to pass me. At this point, I see a cop sitting on the right so I say to myself, go ahead get pulled over. The cop then procedes to pull us BOTH over. Over the radio she reports two pulled over for racing. She comes up to me first and was like, what happened? I told her the story and that I beeped to let him know that it wasn't cool to pull 3 ft into my lane. I told her that I was doing 31 mph when and nothing more. She took both of our info and let us go. The funny thing is that this a$$hole plate was "SPRCHRGD", like that wasn't enough to see that he was speeding
