wtf friggin electric monopolies!

Anybody else here from Missouri and use AmerenUE for electricity? I got my bill this month and it is almost twice what it was last month. Granted the A/C has been on more, but it still seemed really high, so I called them. I was told they raise their rates in the summer which was annoying enough, but they raise them 60 friggin percent! Tell that is not annoying.
