WTF? Explorer.exe won't load on boot, instead I get mirc32.exe ?!

Yep, that's right. I'm running win2k. The only way to load the taskbar and the rest of the desktop is to run explorer.exe manually. There are no anomalities in the registry (winlogon keys are set to explorer.exe, both with "local computer" and "current user" threads), and the files are ok.

Any ideas ?
