WTF?!?!? Email looks different than a few minutes ago (when composing)?!?!?!?!

Never had this happen before... email's been running fine all day. Now I go to compose an email and all of the sudden it looks like this:

www.pappysmusic.com/images/emailview.jpg

This looks nothing like how my emails usually look. I checked all the "view" options and none of it affects this.

The only things that have happened since my last email and this new one are i installed some smiley software then did "remove program" for it because i didn't like it (did through control panel.) Other than that, i had received an email that may have had html or something but nothing out of the ordinary.

Any ideas on how to get things back to normal????

#1: You'll have to tell me what's missing because that looks like a standard Outlook compose window.

#2: Your "smiley" program probably restored the default compose window settings when it was uninstalled.

#3: Easiest fix is to use System Restore to restore the computer to a restore point prior to when you installed the "Smiley" program (go back a few days before not just a day before - due to the way System Restore works). Be aware that any file OUTSIDE the "My Documents" folder will revert to the condition it was in on the restore date. Most data is kept in My Documents, but some apps like Peachtree, Quicken and Quickbooks keep their data outside. Backup any dat you suspect is not kept in the Documents folder.

#4: #2: Your "smiley" program was probably spyware. Even after you use system restore you should do a thorough spyware scan. Refer to my detailed spyware cleaning instructions here: http://theflyingpenguin.com/spyware-removal.shtml

Hope this helps...
