WTF!! Dude leaves me negative eBay feedback and didn't even contact me saying there was a problem!!

NFS4

No Lifer
MOTHERF*&KER!!!! He said the item was not working in the feedback...that's it. Mofo NEVER contacted me via email to say there was a problem. NOTHING, ZIP, NADA!!! Besides, the item (Panasonic Speakers) was brand friggin' new sealed in the friggin' box. If he had a problem, he should have emailed me...BASTARD:|:|:|

239 positives, then this mofo steps in!!!:|:|:|:|

Why didn't he contact me for goodness sake?? Is there nothing I can do?

ebay for ya.

some people are just retarded.

sorry about your negative man, I think there is a way to remove it, but it costs money.

Respond to it saying you were never given the opportunity to work the issue out.

Everyone on ebay has at least one negative feedback when they get up in the triple digits.

It's not like you have a choice, ebay will not remove it.

That would so piss me off. I feel for ya.

Thankfully, I've never dealt with anybody that retarded.

If he's like most out there, he left positive when the payment was made. 🙁

This is one of the reasons I try and wait until they get the item and post positive before returning the favor.

That so pisses me off b/c I've only had two cases where people have had problems with something I've sold...both were used items.

One was a walkman. The guy said it didn't work. I refunded him his money and all was fine. He appreciated the time and effort. I even told him to keep the walkman.

Second time, was a USB reader. The guy said the CF portion didn't work. I did tech support with him to try to get it working with his CF cards. They wouldn't work. His friend had a different brand CF card that worked so he gave it to his friend. Problem solved.

This mofo didn't even give me a chance:|

I learned not to leave pos feed back when they paid, but after they leave me feed back. That does two things, one is to experdite their feed back for you and two is for retribution just in case shiets like this happen.

Aye, I hate making the first feedback in a transaction for this very reason. I don't make very many transactions on ebay, but when I do I try my best to send emails back and forth to get an idea of what the person I'm dealing with is like.

Well there's the problem. Never leave feedback until the entire transaction is completed.

Here are some ways for you to deal with this.
You need a cool head though, don't get emotional even though you know you are right.

File this with ebay with this form

Select "Report transaction problems", "Feedback concerns", and "Please remove a comment". Click on the "Continue" button.

On the next page, click on the "Continue" button then choose the "invalid contact information" as the reason for feedback removal.

DON'T pull buyer's contact information when doing this.
You don't want to alert your buyer about his contact being wrong.
Most buyer have invalid data somewhere in their contact information, wrong phone number is the most common error.
This is ground for feedback removal.

If this does not work, try Square Trade.
Unfortunately you do have to pay $20 for feedback removal is agreed upon.

Have you neg your buyer yet ? if you have then you can split the cost of square trade with him to remove both neg.

Anyway you choose, you need to be courteous to make yourself looks good. Keep a good email exchange between both of you.

Good Luck.

Regardless...negative feedback w/o a chance to fix the problem is f&^ked up:|
