WTF does it take to get a response on a subscriber account?

in an earlier thread they(at)stated that email was flodded and to pm the mods(you may already know this so

i payed with my PP CC with it seem to take charge a few days ago. I think the bug is when someone pays early, and the system some how remembers that the old expiration date and thus ends the subscription.

i'll just e-mail zuni the scenerios.

That is the one major drawback to subscribing - if you have trouble, it's a major PITA to get help.

Thankfully my subscription has gone flawlessly thus far. Up for renewal in about 2.5 months, though, we'll see what happens.

If they can resolve this issue, the subscription service would be perfect - or nearly so.

I am not a suscriber but have read a lot of posts relating to problems with accounts, It would seem to me to be a EZ way to solve this is to set up a subscriber a e-mail address to use to get problems straightend out and to give this address to only those that have accounts to use only for subscriber problems. This would take the load off of the regular e-mail address.

Bleep there is a subscriber email account, anand monitors it daily. That is what Adul is talking about.
