i payed with my PP CC with it seem to take charge a few days ago. I think the bug is when someone pays early, and the system some how remembers that the old expiration date and thus ends the subscription.
I am not a suscriber but have read a lot of posts relating to problems with accounts, It would seem to me to be a EZ way to solve this is to set up a subscriber a e-mail address to use to get problems straightend out and to give this address to only those that have accounts to use only for subscriber problems. This would take the load off of the regular e-mail address.
I have got to agree here with the frustrated feeling. I sent a couple of emails to the subscriber@anandtech.com over several weeks and never got any response.
