I just ordered some books from Borders (Amazon), free delivery, should take 5-9 days, get the confirmation:
Shipping estimate: April 12, 2003 - April 14, 2003
Delivery estimate: April 17, 2003 - April 24, 2003
That looks oddly like the IRS confimation saying "your refund is approved but we're not going to send anything out until the 11th" that I got late last week.
WTF is up with that?
