It's an olllllllllllllllllllllllllld cookie sheet. The trick to making a good Mama Rosa pizza is to not use a cookie sheet though, just place the pizza directly in the oven. This way is gets nice and crispy. All I use the cookie sheet for is putting the pizza on after I cook it.
