One stairwell light was making a weird noise, turned them off and back on, pop, shes dead....

2 hours later, turn the hallway lights back on, now the other one (the freaking one like 20 feet in the air) does the same thing, then POW.

Wonder if its tied in somehow to my range hood... I killed it at the breaker today when i removed it, capped the ends, and still have the breaker off....
