that 'not so sexy' image is ghastly. is it even the same girl???

the first pic: i had the same reaction when I saw Avril prance about in her panties in the 'Don't Tell Me' video. I thought she was a nice tomboyish girl who covered up in baggy pants and sports-tees all the time.

But what makes skinny != beautiful? Why does a person have to be a little heavier to be attractive? As long as they're perfectly happy and healthy, what's the problem?
