Yep. And he knows he'll get a job in the league fast enough. The way the Celtics sucked under Pitino and then completely turned it around under him caught a lot of people's attention.

The Sellticks have really disenchanted me, shame cuz I used to love watching them as a kid.

Same here. Ever since the Larry retired, it hasn't been the same. In my opinion, it all started with the Lenny Bias tragedy. I just cannot follow the NBA like I did when Bird, Magic, and MJ were tearing up the court. I actually lost all faith in the Celtics when they didn't offer Larry the head coaching job. I became more of a Pacers fan when he coached them. That was the strongest I've followed the NBA since he retired, and haven't even looked back on it ever since he stepped down as the Pacers coach. It really is a shame.

Sadly the Celtics will never be the team I loved to follow with Bird on the floor. My bet is that Ainge is the coach before too long...
