The first appendix should be headed APPENDIX A, and continuing pages must be headed APPENDIX A (continued).


So for all following pages in Appendix A, I have to have Appendix A (continued) 150 in the right hand corner (with 150 being the page #)?? and Appendix B same??

OR does it mean something else?

Unless you have multiple APpendices, that's when the Appendix B, C come into play. Like chapters of the Appendix you find in most user manuals.
