WTF - can access AIM, outlook express can dl and ul mail, but no internet

another machine on the same network works fine for internet (on it right now). it first stopped working when there was a brownout, could it be related? im on an sbc yahoo dsl connection if it matters.

Could be spyware related, download and run winsock xp fix. Sounds like it should fix your problem.
