Once one of those bite you There isn't a whole lot they can do. (unless you go to the doctor RIGHT away, which most people don't do because they don't KNOW it was a B/C bite)

The medical literature is full of experimental and controversial therapies for the BR spider bite.

There is no anti-venom for brown recluse bites.
