WTF? Blizzard should sue!!!

Yea, at first I thought they were just similar, but the more I looked at them the more I realized they took the image and made changes to it.
 
Hah, I remember reading an article where some 3d artist sued some 3rd party video card maufacturer because they directly ripped images from his site and used them as box art without asking. It seems like they feel it's ok to take existing art, modify it a little and print it up now.

Same here. It is really evident around the nose area. The shadows and lines are a perfect match between teeth and eyes.

Check out the icicles hanging from the horns, the pattern of long/short is identical.

I used to be into reading sci-fi as a kid and a lot of times you get the same artist doing covers for different authors. It can be damn annoying when you're going through a box of used books or looking at the new hardcovers (displayed face out, usually) and you think you found one by a favorite author by the cover art only to actually read the names and see it's someone you never heard of.
