WTF! Ball Lightning???

I've heard of ball lightning, but i think it's BS. How can any lightning, even if it's shaped like a ball, have such long durations?

Was explained, videoed on Discovery channels storm specials.

Also being attracted to the plane makes sense.
 
Yet another story to leave you wondering if what was seen was a natural phenomenom or something out of this world. These cases usually have two valid arguements that leave you guessing. I want answers! 😛
