ok, so i asked for a refund, he refused, then i went on to tell him (and i'm not lying) that i work for the DA here is california. this is his response

I could really careless, but I am an avid seller, who strives to meet the customer needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase than you can return the item for a refund. also, study copyright, and how you can pay to be excluded from copyright infringement. I have also studied the law as well.

apparently he hasnt studied law well enough...

Pirating is one thing, pirating for profit is pathetic, pirating for profit in a way that can easily be tracked is downright absurd.

Ask to see his written permission to duplicate and sell 😛

There's no way you should return it at your own expense. The postage is more than it'll cost him to burn more copies.

done.

His feedback sucks, and it is private. - Two warning signs.

I would contact him first for a refund. He might cough it up. Then contact ebay and paypal.

Go To Copyright.com And U Can Purchase A License That
Will Exclude U From Prosecution. U Pay For The Rights
To Sell The Item. As Long As U Own A Store, Which I Do

from her/his email

Jeez - you guys really get your knickers in a twist. I can't see getting so riled up over such a small purchase.

What I want to know is why you were buying a Paul Wall CD in the first place!

(Actually, he was on Stern last week and seemed like an OK guy, but just look at him!)

Maybe you should have read his feedback?

you got what you paid for. What makes you think you get original 4 $6!!!!!
Reply by joseh3429: SELLERS IS STEALING COPYRIGHTS FROM CD'S AND SELLING THEM I'M SHUTING HIM DOWN

Unless this is you, I guess it probably is 😛

wiat a second... ur talking about howard stern and then insulting how someone else looks?😕

Why is this thing still alive? This is so easy to handle that it's almost as absurd as the seller.

1. Report him/her to ebay, RIAA. File claim with PayPal if appropriate.
2. Temporarily /thread until results come in.
3. Tell us.
4. Permanently /thread.
