The mobo is shorted to the case.. I was really glad that I finally found the problem. Now the problem is...
MOBO is becomes SHORTED to the CASE at the SLIGHT TOUCH to each otheer..
WTF??????? how am I supposed to attach the mobo to the case then?!?!!?
you know how bolts sustain the mobo to the case right? if ONE bolt touches the board, it's SHORTED

i have to fvcking completely detach the mobo and hold it with my hand in the mid air for it to boot without any probs...
