Sooooo my trusty scale just told me that I gained 4 pounds.... damn these bobas!!

also damn overeating since my mom is staying over and cooking all of these delicious food!

on the other hand... this is a cool site to calculate your ideal body weight here

whoo 13 pounds underweight. I'd actually hazard a guess and say I'm more underweight than that. (19 years old, 5'9ish", 130 lbs)

current 210-215
ideal 192

yea like im gonna be able to loose like 30 pounds that just stupid i can see getting to 200 but not anything less

My weight seems to fluctuate randomly between 120 and 130lbs, though 123 comes up more often than not. No idea why it does what it does; I don't usually change my eating or activity habits much.
You're really concerned about a 4 pound change?

This site describes your weight as others with your same age/height/weight/gender would describe as their ideal weight, not your true ideal weight. If I didn't work out and I weighed 171lbs like the "ideal" weight it is displaying to me, I'd be a fat ass. I also see that it displays that stupid frickin' outdated BMI chart crap which is pretty worthless for anyone decently active. I hate these stupid "weight" sites.

Keep in mind that muscle throws the whole system off. If you are overweight, and in shape, its because they don't assume everyone is in peak fitness shape.

I weigh 210lbs, ideal weight is 196, but medical weight is 148-195

I weighed 185 lbs with extremely low body fat, and a bit of muscle, but with the muscle i have now, getting down below 195 will be very hard to do.
