WTF Are they doing?

On spanish tv,its showing doctors injecting a fluid into peoples skin,and the skin comes up like a pimple or something. Its in spanish which i am not fluent with.

The only thing I've seen like that is when they inject people with bee venom (supposedly helps multiple sclerosis sufferers, though not a proven science yet).

It could be either allergy testing, immunotherapy, or hydrocleisis.
