WTF all the sudden Memory stick has problem to run PC133

it's been running at PC133 at CL2 for year
then I burn out one of my stick
i purchase a new one
it's all infineon chipset
except the new one, apacer brand with infineon chipset
just today i change my computer name
to the one @home assign
something like CSbahbah-bha
then reboot
problem occure
even internet felt slower

the problem is runn at PC133
now after many reboot, it's finally made it back to PC133
the few time before, it just go back to bios and switch the memory back to pc100
this just happen today
