Anyone have this problem before? : Ok so the only way I can stay online with my DSL is if i leave my phone line on. IE: Make a phone call, or just leave my phone connected to dial tone. Also... there is a really low low sounding new hiss in my phone line when i talk to someone. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? I'm in the 91803 area code. And this just happened to me yesterday. I have had great service for over 2 years.
