I live in University Park, FL but what in the world would i buy that would be listed as Fedex?

Someone might have shipped a package via FedEx and put your account number or your credit card # on the airbill. Call up FedEx and ask them what's going on.

No, they don't charge you to create an account.

I have one, I haven't used it enough to pay much attention to the billing but I think they bill me once a month for whatever shipping I did.

Yes, Fedex billing dept is closed on sunday. Customer Service won't help me.

I want to call Fedex to figure out what the hell it is first before i dispute it.

Yes, you are correct.

I just disputed it online with Fedex, i'll call them tomm when they open. Im on hold with Amex right now disputing the charge.

you don't need to dispute with amex. you just call fedex right up and they'll take the charge away immediately. disputing with amex jsut causes hassles for fedex.
