WTB: Small VGA LCD screen... any info?

Does anyone know of any small (6-11&quot VGA LCD screens out there?

I'm really getting annoyed. I can find surplus laptop screens from $29-$100 left and right, but nothing that will actually work with a VGA output. I know the driver circuitry can't be THAT hard to implement.. I want an LCD screen that is bright and looks decent, 640x480 would be fine, anywhere from 6" to 11" would be great.

Any one have any suggestions?? This doesn't seem like it should be an impossible request given all the laptop screens in production, but I need to be able to plug it into a standard video card... ?? or even a custom card, I do'nt care....
