If you have any computer shows in your area, you'll see lots of Lucent Winmodems for cheap$$$. I picked up 5 @ $11/piece at the last show.

If you can wait, CompUsa & Office Max & Depot, often run deals where you can get stuff for free after rebate.
I got my last 5 Cd-rom(3 different one) & 3 different modem for free after rebates.
