so your gonna pay me the 60$ to buy you a HD and copy my mp3s to it.
and because i have worked hard at getting these MP3s which has taken years i will charge you my daily rate of 20$ so that would come out to ....

60 + (20 x 1460) = 29260$

Would that really be illegal? He's asking for a HD full of mp3s and says that the buyer would have to destroy the original CDs. Basically, it looks no different than asking to buy a person's entire CD set, and then paying someone to rip them to a HD for you. Maybe that wasn't in the original post?

Obviously that's not really realistic, but I wonder how that would be seen legally.
