WTB E2200 BSEL Pin Mod Tutorial!

Trying to help someone overclock their E2200, they have a cheap mobo, the Foxconn MCP73M01H1, which doesn't appear to have overclocking in the BIOS. Wondering if anyone has a pin mod guide or experience to share, I've never done one and a google search only provides ho-hum information. Anybody know?
