I obviously wish to spend as little as possible and as such will pick the lowest amount someone sends me a pm for. I will pay by paypal for the item as well as shipping. Maybe because lots of people use "..." to seperate thoughts? I use it a lot myself through out the years posting on different forums...although I haven't been using it much lately.
