WTB Asus A8V Deluxe Skt 939

As the title says I think my mobo just tanked on me. Any ideas where I could find another one? I can't seem to locate it anywhere. Hell regular 939 agp boards are hard enough to find. I bought this mobo from Monarch Computer Systems and wouldn't you know it, they go bankrupt right before it died.

Think I can contact Asus for a replacement?

The manufacturer is who you always contact for RMA's.

Actually Asus says to contact the reseller...not them. But they will make exceptions like in this case where the reseller went out of business. Either way I want to find a place to purchase another incase Asus gives me flack.
