The sad thing is that understand crantang's predicament. In Westchester County (New York), $400,000 would hardly buy you a nice ENTRY LEVEL home. The nice homes with a decent chunk of land are all around a million 🙁

Keep in mind that Skoorb is Canadian, so that's really like $1500 US. So, a nice, roomy TV box. Plus the TV.
