Hope I'm not breaking any rules for my first post. Lemme explain my case. Firstly, I live in Toronto so prices are far different than in the US.
I basically have a 9700 pro AGP and looking to upgrade to run WoW at max settings, 12x10 etc. If anyone here plays this game they know that it needs a lot of FPS during big raids.
Anyways,
After tons of research it seems if i wanna stick with AGP i want a 6800 GS. I plan on unlocking it. The general consensus is that for price, the 6800 GS is great and if you can afford the 7800 GS, that you should switch to PCI-E.
So, can anyone help me out? I searched all of Toronto (the known stores) and online and cannot find 6800 GS in stock at a reasonable price.
I dunno i've im a noob at shopping but if any locals can chime in and tell me where I can find this card in stock would help.
Hopefully someone can help me pls.
