Well, I believe so. I have had Winscribe Chicago even trying to help over webex. Winscribe uses sqlde and iis for http connection for workstation clients to record audio dictation.

After reboot on the weekend, clients can no longer attach to the database although they can connect to it.

Has MS throttled http connections with security updates......

Have tried fresh install on different server and even the client on the server cannot connect!!!!!

Wahaaaaaa.......thank God for maintainence and support contracts
 
Turns out that it was the IIS service which was affected. Had to uninstall, then re-install, heads up everybody.
