Always tough to guage how much a boosted engine has been beaten on.
The price is definitely good.

Yes Subaru should be a very reliable choice. The WRX is probably slightly less so than the typical Impreza.

Everybody I know who owns a Subaru absolutely loves them, & plans to buy more (or has already bought a couple).

Viper GTS <= Subaru Whore

Arg, so the diagnosis on my car is nothing yet.

im gunna risk the ride home in it, get home, do the pressure check myself, change the oil, drop the sump, if pressure low, put in new Pump, if the pressure is low and i have sludge, im gunna try and convince my dad to allow me to sell it once i fix it. buy a new car thats newer, and betterish, (AWD, Warranty maybe)

negatory. that forum is just full of whiny bitches that beat the hell out of their cars.

I love my '02 WRX sedan, and plan on keeping it forever, but the new ones are fugly. Unless they change something for the better in the future, I'll be looking for another AWD car.

Great cars, I have a Blown Wagon, too. The classic shape MY2000.

Only the radiator top hose has gone in two years and that was a totally random event.

The motor owes alot to FHI's aeronatical roots, so reliability is high, until you mess with the forced induction without any skill.

A decat and a remap will net you an easy 280Hp.
