If I flood the conenction with traffic, I lose my conenction. I even updated the router's firmware to the svesoft variety and it still loses the conenction.

Kind of defeats the purpose of replacing cat5 cable. Anyone know why? Drivers are the newest @ 1.0.8.0


Also, since thee svesoft upgrade, my cable modem light has been going crazy....why is that?

What do you mean "Flood the connection with traffic"?
Also, did you have this problem before the sveasoft firmware?

My cheap belkin is doing this to... I have a WRT54G coming, hope your problem gets resolved.

If I attempt to download or send something large, whether to the internet or just on my own network. I was trying to send a 2GB mpeg2 file over and it killed it.
