WRT54GS Security Question

Under wireless security I am running pre-shared key. WPA Algorithms TKIP Group Key Renewal: 3600 seconds. Is this an ok security setting in a residential neighborhood? I just do not want unwanted access to the wireless router. With the radius settings I did not get what tp enter for the key. With WEP settings it rendered the connection pretty much useless. I had to wire a cat cable and change the settings back.

My settings are as follows Wireless Network Mode: Mixed. Wireless channel 11. Wireless SSID Broadcast Enabled. Otherwise unable to find wireless network. Pre-Shared key. WPA: TKIP. Group Key Renewal: 3600 seconds. Wireless MAC Filter disabled.
