WRT1900ACS refresh Restrict parental controls from nonexistent devices ?

Dear Experts

I have got WRT1900ACS and "Restrict internet access on" option under "parental controls" menu showing different devices that were accessed my router long ago and they are not there any more (i.e old phone,friends that were visitors, phone name changes ,,,,,etc) , and the list is very lengthy

How can I refresh and clear those devices from the list ?

User guide doesn't say how to remove it from the list, but to just choose the device and set to "never" to not use parental controls on that device.

Either ignore the devices that aren't around anymore or factory reset the router.
