Wrote Wrong Name and Address on Money Order

I wrote the wrong name on a money order. What should I do? Should I cross it out and initial it? And then send both the MO and the customer receipt (to show it was me who crossed it out)?

Generally you can take it back to where you got it, explain, and then write "not used for intended purpose", show ID, sign the back and pay for a new one.... That is what I have found at both the USPS (PO MO), and a local convenience store..
