NBC is fucking stupid. Period.

They issued an apology that I read in the HuffPo...it basically said "This was the 3rd time we aired the commercial and it was supposed to be shown after Bob Costas...BUT we didnt know he should be talking about Gabby at the very end it was just bad timing....mmkay lolololol"


I didnt find the commercial particularly offensive as a black person...but you know there are some idiots out there that found the juxtaposition of a monkey commercial to comments about a black gymnast to be extremely hilarious or offensive.
