Wrong way driver, fatal crash video

I came up on a wreak about a year back, woman laying in the middle of the freeway out cold and bleeding. She'd been ejected from her car when it rolled. I was the second one on the scene, the first guy was standing there getting video of her on his phone. He never even checked to see if she was alive, or tried to stop oncoming traffic. Some people are shit wrapped in skin.
 
In that little article snippet I was thinking to myself how someone could drive for that long and not know they are going the wrong way unless drunk or high and sure enough I clicked on the full article and he was drunk.
 
If folks would take the time to read the good Samaritan laws having footage of your handling of the victims is a great thing legally.
