Wrong girl pictured in Kobe case

I saw on the news today that the girl in all the pictures floating around about the Kobe case, is the wrong girl. She was on Good Morning America, and on Foxnews show Dayside to let people know that it wasn't her. She has an attorney and they have been issuing cease and desist orders to web sites that have her pic posted.

That story was on CNN.com a few days back. Since I didn't know who the complaint was being waged by (nor the real accuser), I didn't know what to make of it.

And to think this family has been receiving death threats from losers. :disgust:

the family that got death trap was the correct family, ,only some of the website have the incorret picture all of the other info is correct like adddress, name and the phone number
