I got a MSI Starforce 8015 (Geforce2Pro) which should run @ 200/400, but various tweaker (rivatuner, nvmax, powerstrip) tell me that its 250 (!!) core and 366 memory speed.
Can I trust these programs ? Could it be possible that the high core speed is the reason why 3dmark2001 often crashes or has a wide range (from 1000 to 2600 marks) ? Games run fine unless I change settings with a tweaker (e.g. I enable anisotrophic filtering), then CS crshes after some minutes, too.
I use det 10.8, but with 6.5 it was all the same. What should I do ? Flsh my BIOS so that the default clock is 200/400 ? Underclock the core and overclock the memory via poerstrip ?
