Wrong amount of disk space...

i've installed my 2.5 gig diskdrive inmy computerwith all the cables and everything
butwindows configured it as a 1.2 disk drive somebody knows how to fix this?

sounds like it wasn't partitioned correctly. do you run win2k? if so, then you can go into disk administrator and re-partition and re-format there.

is the hard drive a slave? as in, you added it to supplement your primary hard disk?

you're other option if you're running win9x is to boot off a floppy disk and run fdisk and format from there and make sure you partition to get the maximum size on the disk.
