writing my own softFSB plugin question

I have the datasheet for my PLL (ics 9248-114) and it tells me exactly what data I need to give it for what settings. my question is how do I get softfsb to send that string of bytes? I know which bits in byte 0 (which holds the data) contain the settings and I know what they correspond to. I just dont know how to enter it into softFSB.

forget it, CPUFSB already works on that PLL.
