So I'm working on an assignment for my Corporations Law paper, and I have to write a letter of advice to a gold mining company wanting to raise capital.
It's supposed to revolved around Chapter 6D of the 2001 Corporations Act. Just curious if anyone has any tips to look for when investigating fundraising and also what would make a letter of advice assignment get high marks.
