Yeah, was about to say, parody is protected by law against such suits, I would assume a big network like Fox would make sure to have lawyers review the shows they were putting on to make sure no laws are borken.

Interestingly enough, Weird Al usually asks permission before doing a parody. I've heard him say he didn't do one because of objections.
