I landed on my wrists while someone leveled me in basketball last month. I went to check out to make sure not broken. But it's been a month now, my wrists still hurt, particularly the ligament on the inside part (near the thumb side) of the wrist still hurt.
It's there any exercise I can do to get it healing faster?

I fractured my thumb 6 years ago and it still hurts when lifting.

Nurse it and take Ibuprofen for the pain. Do you have medical insurance? Get a hold of your doctor and get some rehabilitation.

I did mine weight lifting. I used a soft wrist brace (similar to ones for carpel tunnel) and time. Took a few months.

Let me guess, they did an x-ray. They'll have a hard time diagnosing anything without an MRI.

If you don't have medical insurance, try immobilizing it (ACE bandage) and maximizing anti-inflammatories (Advil/Ibuprofen). EDIT: ice and heat might be worth a try too.

I am using an elastic bandage tube thingythat i just slip into my wrist.
It's normal to take a long time to heal right?

For the carpal bone (wrist) fracture there are numerous projections that can visualize a fracture very well with x-ray. And the x-ray is relatively cheap. There si no need for MRI. Except if there is a soft tissue injury. MRI imaging is great to visualize a soft tissue. For bone structers the preferd method is computer tomography (CT-scan). But it`s up to a doctor to decide what he wants to use. U really should see a doctor to avoid any further complications.

Sorry for my bad english. Trying to improve that.
