I've been developing tendinitis and I want to get one, anyone have any recommendations as to one that really helps?

This one seems to be highly praised but is pretty expensive if it would be the same just to get these, which are way cheaper and come with 2..which I'll need. Right now I've just been taking ibuprofen and icing them which is only helping in the short term.
