Can you believe Vinnie Mac will control both WWF and WCW? No more competition. No more reason to watch Monday nights.

Feel sorry for the employees behind the scenes who will lose their jobs. Performers who have "heat" with Vinnie Mac will also lose their careers.

You can also forget about ECW. They have no tv contract and are done.

Hopefully all the hysteria will die down and no buyout occurs. We don't need a monopoly.
 
I watched wcw years ago. Ive been watching wwf for about 3yrs now and I believe there is no competition. You ever notice how wcw copies wwf. Example: They now have a stair way ramp leading down to the ring, the ring announcers now have tables ringside, And now they have the titan-tron in the back just like the wwf... what's next.
 
Vince has his hands full with the WWF and the XFL...I dont think he would buy it if he could. Due to a settlement between the WWF and WCW, Vince can match the bid price for the company. That would be interesting if he did buy it...
 
its not going to happen, its a rumor right now.

but if it did i think it would only make WCW better. people say if wwf buys wcw shane mac will control it. thatd be cool.
 
That would be odd. WCW copied WAYYYY too much off WWF. In addition to the other things mentioned, Hawk had a drinking problem, all of a sudden Scott Hall had a drinking problem.

Sable is a sexy kickboxer, WCW has the same type of person. Chyna starts kicking butt and winning belts against the guys, so the WCW does the same with another woman. No reason to watch the same soap opera twice with inferior athletes.

I don't think it should be bought out, not by WWF anyway. The only way it would be a good thing is if they moved Nitro to say Tuesday so they don't compete.
 
WWF always has had the superior athletes/actors/women/comedians. WCW was just a pale imitation.

Why are you people argueing about the World Wildlife Federation anyway?

 
My commennts:

Goldberg's personality is basically is own. Stone Cold's is a rip-off of Brian Pillman's. Stevie Ray's is not even close to the Rock. Ric Flair's angle is basically based on reality.

If there is a sexy woman that is a kickboxer and beats the men, that would be a shock to anybody who watches WCW weekly.

Also, whenever there is a monopoly, prices NEVER drop.

Suddenly it becomes the ONE NIGHT A YEAR when the two sides meet. The ONLY shared PPV?like the National League and the American League going at it in the World Series. You want to sell out the Astrodome next year and achieve buyrates that are unheard of???

Holy Sh!t. That would be pretty awesome. WWF vs WCW at Wrestlemania. If this happends I'll for sure have to get tickets.
