I think the acrobatics will always be "real." The storylines are laughable at best, though. And when someone botches a move like that, that's definitely real.
 
yeah that sucks. mistakes are bound to happen when you have 3 men in a ring with ladders all over the places, pretending to fight, and jumping from on top of ropes

i know how he feels too afterwards like "fvck what just happened, am i ok, am i going to live, how bad is it, is it fixable, will there be scars, how long will it take me to get better, am i ok, omg, how bad is it, i need to get to a hospital, omg there is a lotttttttt of blood" it sucks
 
Sid Vicious completely snapped his leg in half in the ring makes this look like a pussy slap in the face.
 
He broke his nose and needs reconstructive surgery to fix the damage. He didn't protect his face like he should have...I guess he didn't think the leg would come flying up like it did. (Joey Mercury)
