What a disappointment, car physics are more realistic than the Dirt series, but still don't feel right, it definitely doesn't feel like a real sim. Cars have tons of grip, it takes a lot to spin them out since they have no weight. Tracks are so sparse and barren, I don't care if the graphics aren't great but the track design leaves a lot to be desired. There is NO manual clutch control and no dual controller support so my USB Clubsport pedals are useless, had to plug in my old logitech's. Car sounds are horrendous, which I do care about it, it really adds to the experience and they actually used canned sound effects, which are so bad it's almost funny.
It really seems they put in the least amount of effort possible to create a rally game just so they can stick the WRC logo on it and sell it to desperate Europeans. It's not that the game is bad, but it doesn't do anything really well. So if your looking for a rally game might as well stick with Dirt 2. If you want a sim this definitely isn't it, fire up ole RBR.
